馬蹄牛肉餅:
材料:
急凍牛仔肉1磅
馬蹄5粒
處理:
1. 牛仔肉連包裝,清水解凍。
2. 解凍後,清水洗淨,擎乾水。
3. 馬蹄,洗乾淨。
4. 馬蹄,切去兩端,刨去皮,洗乾淨。
5. 拍碎馬蹄,切碎,放碗中。
6. 牛仔肉,放入攪拌機攪碎。
7. 牛肉調味:
a. 生粉2茶匙,攪勻
b. 油2茶匙,攪勻
c. 蠔油2茶匙,攪勻
加入馬蹄,攪勻,放上碟,鋪平。
烹調:
1. 煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸8分鐘。
3. 完成。

Ingredients:
